Looking for a creative challenge or a simple way to relax, sign up for a class in the new upstairs studio. The red thread offers adults and teens the opportunity to develop new skills uncover hidden talents, or stretch and soothe your mind and body from a hectic day. Come in and look around, try something new.

Yoga for All LevelsNew Sessions Starting Soon Wednesday evenings, 5:30-6:30 p.m. Instructor: To be determined Pre-registration will be required. 6 weeks for $55 This 60 minute class is designed to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and breathing. New student special-$10 for one try out class.
